Real Estate

Ms. Silvestro represents lenders, sellers, purchasers and investors in both residential and commercial transactions. Ms. Silvestro interprets and renders advice on laws and regulations that pertain to real property, including commercial and residential property development projects, real estate financing and leasing, land sales, title issues and searches, escrow arrangements, rights of way, and boundary disputes. She will thoroughly guide you through the transaction process, which can include contract negotiation, financing questions, title review, preparation of legal documents and attendance at the closing.

Business Formation

Ms. Silvestro will help you decide on the business entity most suited for your new business endeavor. She handles entity formations and filings, document preparation, business agreements, business contracts and procurement of employment identification numbers.

Traffic Infractions

Ms. Silvestro will attend court on your behalf in connection with various traffic infractions. Minimizing the number of points on your license is critical. Ms. Silvestro will defend the charges against you and negotiate a plea deal to guard against an accumulation of points and the potential for a loss of your driving privileges or even suspension.
